Enhancing emotional engagement through relational contracts, management receptiveness, and employee commitment as a stimulus for job satisfaction and job performance in the public sector

Research background: In the private sector and on social media, corporate emotional interaction has lately become a hot topic. background of public sector, however, it scarcely been discussed very little is known about its determinants implications.
 Purpose article: This research investigates role organizational engagement through relational contracts, senior management receptivity, upward communication employees in stimulating work satisfaction job efficiency.
 Methods: was based data collected between April 1, 2020, May 31, from 335 state various governmental organizations Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), Vietnam. To evaluate hypothesized model, partial least squares-structural equation modeling used.
 Findings & value added: Our results illustrate that contracts have powerful effect engagement. Positive relationships were confirmed employee voice performance. Moreover, findings also support receptiveness study addresses questions absence academic studies sector. The highlight important performance receptiveness, communication.
